Tilapia with broccoli and rice/potatos?
So I have my tilapia in olive oil, sage and lemon pepper. I have broccoli, and would like ideas of what to season it with. Something healthy - no cheese etc.
I also want either a potato or rice dish. Cold dishes are fine, healthy again. I don't mind a little prep, but the easier the better - I work full time have a two year old and am 9 months pregnant - you get the picture!

Wow, I love the seasonings for your Tilapia, I can taste it already (sadly though, I would have an allergic reaction) but sage and lemon pepper, how fantastic! Well, with that said, I would do your Broccoli steamed with salt and pepper, because your fish is already going to have so much flavor, then do a light Orzo, tossed with unsalted butter (very small amount) with some sauteed diced tomatoes, scallions, parsley, garlic, carrots OR..............use a bag of frozen mixed vegetables heated up with some garlic and onion. If you have time to throw in some diced fresh tomatoes, that will be the icing on the cake for your Orzo veggie dish.
