What is the best hydrating foundation for pale, very dry skin?
When I put on foundation, my skin goes flaky and horribly dry looking. It's not due to a bad skincare routine because my skin is perfect without foundation. I use La Roche-Posay cleanser, toner and moisturiser and exfoliate regularly with Burt's Bees scrub.
I always moisturise and wait ten min for it to sink in before applying the foundation and it's still not working. I didn't mean my skin was perfect perfect, just meant it isn't dry and flaky without foundation. 
My skin is also very pale and dry. As a Scandinavian blonde, I never tan, just stay pale.
The best foundation for my skin I ever found is Cover Girl's replenishing formula. It leaves my skin looking dewy and moist and not greasy. It goes on really well without getting dry and thick feeling. And I never use powder, it clumps up and looks terrible.
The worst is one I bought from L'Oreal. That stuff dried out and started rolling in little chunks before I could even spread it over my face.
